How can I reschedule or cancel my session
You can easily reschedule or cancel your session from the confirmation email we sent you. You will find the links near the end of the email.
If you have a myopenup account, you can reschedule or cancel from there. Go to your myopenup account, go to ‘my sessions’ and click the reschedule button for the session you want to change.
Is there a waiting list before I can be helped?
There is no waiting list. We believe in a world where mental health is accessible to all. OpenUp is available within 24 hours. Book you session here.
How does OpenUp work?
OpenUp offers low-threshold access to psychological help via video sessions or chat. The sessions take 25 minutes.
We always start with a free introduction session to find out what’s going on and whether your request for help fits in with the services of OpenUp. If that’s the case, you can start talking to each other more often. If your question doesn’t fit with OpenUp’s services, we’ll be happy to discuss alternatives with you.
OpenUp also works with a number of employers and insurance companies. In the first meeting, your psychologist can tell you exactly what arrangements have been made and what you can expect.
