Sunaina Kohli (Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion Leader)
Sunaina is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in designing, delivering, and catalysing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and well-being strategies on a global scale. As a true global citizen, she has resided and worked in six different countries, engaging with workforces ranging from 3,000 to 250,000 people. Her career includes holding both global and regional leadership roles in the pursuit of advancing DEI and well-being. In 2021, she faced a challenging turning point when she reached a point of exhaustion and experienced burnout. However, now in year 3 of her holistic recovery journey, she is more empowered than ever. Her inspiring story of resilience and growth serves as a beacon of hope, motivating others to strive for personal betterment, balanced work-life, and empowerment.
