As a manager, finding the time to learn and develop yourself can feel impossible when you’re already managing your team, your workload, and your targets.
From February to April, we’ll be running a three-part Leadership Lab designed to support your progress. It’s hosted by Daphne Feller from BrainExplainers, who brings a neuroscience lens to everyday leadership and turns insights about how the brain works into simple, practical tools.
Across the series, you’ll deepen the relationship you have with yourself as a manager, strengthen core leadership skills, and explore how this translates into leading others. Together, the sessions reflect a common leadership journey, from “me” to “we”, as responsibility and influence expand.
Over the three sessions, we’ll explore:
1. Personal Leadership – Thursday 5/2/26
Build self-awareness and a strong leadership foundation.
2. Giving & Receiving Feedback – Thursday 5/3/26
Strengthen trust and performance through effective feedback.
3. Leading Others – Thursday 2/4/26
Create teams where people feel safe, engaged, and accountable.
*This series is designed for managers who are at an early or mid-level phase of their leadership journey. Each session can be attended individually; however, for the greatest impact, we recommend attending the full series.
Can’t make it? No worries! The recordings of the sessions will be uploaded to the MyOpenUp library after each session. The recordings can be viewed until 01/05/2026.
