Self-love meditation II

How often do we pause and take a moment to appreciate ourselves? In this mindfulness session we focus on cultivating self-love.
During this session, you will also practice different mindfulness exercises such as breath awareness, noticing thoughts, visualizations and/or conscious movement.
Meditation is a powerful training that has been widely backed up by science. Some of its benefits are:

Our meditation group sessions are guided by professional psychologists experienced in mindfulness practice. Previous experience is not required to join.
