Connecting with yourself meditation

The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself. In this mindfulness session we will take a moment to connect with ourselves, our bodies, and our feelings.
During this session, you will also practice different mindfulness exercises such as breath awareness, noticing thoughts, visualizations and/or conscious movement.
Meditation is a powerful training that has been widely backed up by science. Some of its benefits are:

Our meditation group sessions are guided by professional psychologists experienced in mindfulness practice. Previous experience is not required to join.
