In this group meditation, we will cultivate curiosity, also known in mindfulness as the “beginners mind”.

Remaining open and curious allows us to be receptive to new possibilities and prevents us from getting stuck in routines, patterns, and automatic beliefs, which are established by our own experiences. 

Our meditation group sessions are guided by professional psychologists experienced in mindfulness practice. Previous experience is not required to join.
