This mindfulness group session is guided by psychologist Pia Linden. In this session, you will do exercises to train your attention, reduce stress, and calm down the nervous system.

Mindfulness teaches you to listen to yourself better and makes you mentally more resilient. Be aware of your thoughts and feelings, without judgment.
