In this group meditation, you will cultivate the art of letting go. 

Letting be and letting go allows us to make wiser choices by moving out of the human tendency to want to hold on to the pleasant and get rid of the unpleasant. 

During this session, you will also practice different mindfulness exercises such as breath awareness, noticing thoughts, visualizations and/or conscious movement.

Our meditation group sessions are guided by professional psychologists experienced in mindfulness practice. Previous experience is not required to join.
