Tina is a psychologist at OpenUp. She has a warm, understanding and calm character. Tina finds it important that her clients feel safe and listened to during sessions. As a therapist, she knows that you are the expert in your own life, so she wants you to work together as a team in order to make sustainable changes that are helpful for you.

She is striving towards creating an encouraging environment for her clients. As a therapist, Tina works in a goal-oriented way, wanting to make it clear what you as a team should focus on and work towards during your sessions. She finds it important to find manageable steps that you can take in the near future that are related to your personal goals. And she is always there to support and motivate you during that journey. In this day and age, when it is easy to get wrapped up in all the ”musts” and ”shoulds”, Tina also feels extra passionate about helping clients prioritize recovering behaviours and helping them focus on meaningful activities.

Tina has four years of experience working as a clinical psychologist. She has previous experience in primary care working with people of all ages and life situations. She also has experience working in occupational health care, helping employees to improve their well-being.

Tina is mainly working with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has experience working with a wide variety of problems such as depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, personal development and self-worth.

To take care of her own mental health Tina likes to get outdoors and prefers to take a long walk after her work day. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, reading and painting.

Tina speaks English and Swedish (native).
