In our last lesson, we introduced the 5 Stages of Grief Model and explored its initial two phases: denial and anger. Next, we’ll explore the remaining three phases of the model: bargaining, depression, and acceptance.
In the following video, psychologist Marina will explore:
• How the bargaining stage manifests in grief and strategies to navigate its challenges.
• Coping mechanisms and support options for the intense emotions experienced during the depression stage.
• Approaches to reaching acceptance, including self-compassion exercises and planning for life post-loss.
👉 Now that we have explored each phase of the Grief Model, let’s wrap up our learnings in the next lesson.
