Krisztina is a psychologist at OpenUp. She offers a warm, calm, non-judgmental space for you to explore your experiences. In supporting you in your journey, she values your uniqueness as an individual and respects and empowers your personal autonomy.

Krisztina’s training and experience is largely focused on third-wave cognitive behavioral approaches, combining change-oriented techniques with acceptance-based strategies, to encourage sustainable change.

Krisztina has over six years experience working in psychological services in various countries and contexts. She enjoys encountering and connecting with diversity, and is able to offer a flexible, individualized approach.

To take care of my mental health myself, I make a conscious effort to get out of my head and into my body. I enjoy yoga, dancing, and long walks in nature.

Krisztina obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Harvard University, she holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Leiden University, and she is currently undergoing her doctoral training in Counselling Psychology at the University of Roehampton London.
