Sabrina is an online psychologist at OpenUp. She is empathetic, open minded and pays high attention towards your individual needs. She ensures that her work is sustainable, focused and solution-oriented. During consultation, she sets the impulses you need and leads the conversation in order to reflect yourself and to take on new perspectives. She creates a safe and warm environment for you to open up and to talk about what truly matters to you.

Sabrina has worked over nine years in People Development: giving workshops and conducting coachings (three years) for higher management and employees with different topics regarding distress, resilience, work-life-balance, insecurities, decision making, burnout-prevention or leadership. She has also accompanied teams as they faced changes and mediated conflicts.

She uses techniques from systemic therapy, mindfulness practices and follows the communication approach from Schulz von Thun.

To take care of her own mental health, Sabrina practices yoga, plays beach volleyball and rides the bicycle. Since having two children, the topic of work-family balance has gained great importance to her. For a healthy balance, nature, cultural activities and meaningful relationships are especially important to her.

Sabrina received her master`s degree in Psychology in 2012 at the “Free University of Berlin” in Germany (she also studied in Hamburg and Barcelona). In 2013 she has qualified as a relaxation coach and since 2019 she is an accredited systemic counselor (DGSF).

Sabrina speaks English and German.
