Sina works as a psychologist at OpenUp. With her open-hearted and creative nature, she offers you a non-judgemental safe space, where it is all about you. She will be your sparring partner to reflect on your actual subject and will support you to find a solution that’s right for you.
Sina understands mental health as a holistic concept that integrates aspects of biography, social networks, and communicative patterns.
After completing her master’s degree in clinical psychology, she initially worked in psychiatric clinics and conducted behavioral therapy evening courses for children and families dealing with obesity. In her academic focus, thesis work, and applied work context, Sina’s primary interest has always been personality psychology. In addition to her education and work in the psychological field, Sina has been working as a professional actress and voice over actress since her youth. After further training, including solution-focused conversation techniques, she has chosen to work as a freelance psychologist.
She herself is experienced in seeking psychological consultation during significant internal conflicts. Additionally, to take care of her own health, taking sufficient breaks from work and spending time in nature is important to her, as well as regular physical activity, and maintaining a predominantly healthy nutrition.
Today, she’d love to use this combined knowledge background to caringly and powerfully support you in your challenges.
Sina speaks German and English.
