Stefanie is a psychologist at OpenUp. She has 25 years of practical experience as a psychologist. She is seen as a warm, committed person with whom you will quickly feel at ease.

You can contact Stefanie if you want to examine your thoughts, feelings and behavior. Awareness and the willingness to work on yourself in small steps are important. The result is that you live life more freely and experience less stress. Stefanie works with various techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Inquiry Based Stress Reduction (IBSR).

Stefanie graduated as a psychologist in 1998 and obtained her registration as a GZ psychologist in 2001. In recent years she has worked in both large institutions and small practices, including her own practice. She has a lot of experience with depression and anxiety complaints, burnout problems and ADHD.

As a person, she finds it important to continuously develop herself, both within her work and beyond. 2023 was a special year for Stefanie; she enjoyed a sabbatical for more than six months during which she traveled extensively, gained insights and broke new ground. Her family, relatives and friends are very important to her. Stefanie’s great passions are good food, traveling and walking in nature.
