Meditation to cultivate patience

In this group meditation, you will focus on cultivating patience. Patience is a form of wisdom and it demonstrates that we accept the fact that things sometimes unfold in their own time.
During this session, you will also practice different mindfulness exercises such as breath awareness, noticing thoughts, visualisations and/or conscious movement.
Meditation is a powerful training that has been widely backed up by science. Some of its benefits are:

Our meditation group sessions are guided by professional psychologists experienced in mindfulness practice. Previous experience is not required to join.
