Live Spaces
Being present meditation
In our day-to-day life, we get caught up in a cycle of doing and forget to simply be. In this session we will focus on cultivating presence.
During this session, you will also practice different mindfulness exercises such as breath awareness, noticing thoughts, visualizations and/or conscious movement.
Our meditation group sessions are guided by professional psychologists experienced in mindfulness practice. Previous experience is not required to join.

Healthy leadership practices
If you’re a manager or a leader in your organisation, this group session is specifically for you!
We cannot underestimate the role that mental health plays in a work environment. Whether it’s work-related pressure or a personal family situation, many factors can affect an employees work performance. Stress can carry over from one area of life to another.
Furthermore, if an employee is having some troubles, they might want to close themselves off and not discuss it. In this group session you will learn how you can recognise mental health challenges in your team, how to start the conversation on mental health and what you can do if you notice a team member struggling.
For this session we ask you to switch your camera and microphone on, because it is interactive and needs your participation.
This is part 1 of our confidence series! What’s the effect of your thoughts and beliefs on your level of confidence? In this group session, you will (together with a psychologist) work on your limiting beliefs to feel more confident. Because everybody has them but nobody tells you how to deal with them.
In the group session is enough space to ask questions, learn from each other, and gain insights and tips about limiting beliefs. Also, you’ll be working together on assignments to find out what you can do to turn your beliefs around.
For this session we ask you to switch your camera and microphone on, because it is interactive and needs your participation.
