Shining a light on workplace well-being

The OpenUp Workplace Well-being Awards celebrate organisations and individuals leading the way in well-being across the Netherlands and Germany. These awards recognise those who go beyond the norm to create a culture of openness, support, and resilience. Know someone who deserves an HR award or mental health award for companies?

Who can you nominate?

Nominate yourself, your employer, an individual, or a company making a difference in workplace well-being in the Netherlands or Germany. Open to all company sizes.

How can you nominate?

Simply fill out the nomination form and submit it before the deadline on May 10th, 2025. There is one form, available in multiple languages.

How are the winners selected?

An expert jury carefully reviews all entries. The top 3 organisations and individuals will be invited to an exclusive event, where winners will be revealed.

What happens after you nominate?

Nomination ended on May 10th, 2025. Here’s what happens next:

    Judging process

    All entries are carefully reviewed by our independent expert jury, who assess each nomination and submit their scores.

    Finalists announcement

    For both categories, small and large companies, the top 3 organisations and top 3 individuals will be selected as finalists. Finalists will be announced on LinkedIn—so stay tuned!

    Exclusive awards event

    Finalists will be invited to an exclusive awards dinner—an evening of networking and celebration.
