Dr. Florian Chitic brings in-depth expertise in building and managing teams in dynamic and challenging environments. In his role at Breuninger, Dr. Florian Chitic drives innovative HR strategies and promotes talent development at the highest level. Since the summer semester 2023, he has also held the professorship for Human Resource Management at Mainz University of Applied Sciences. As the founder of talentefinder GmbH, one of the most successful matchmaking platforms for career events, he combines experience from academia, the corporate world and the start-up scene.
