Private Spaces FAQ

Are Private Spaces included in the OpenUp platform?

No. Private Spaces are a paid add-on for organisations that work with OpenUp. You pay per session. The regular masterclasses, group sessions and 1:1 sessions in the platform stay included.

How is a Private Space different from the regular sessions in the platform?

Platform sessions are open to individuals from all organisations that work with OpenUp and focus on personal themes. A Private Space is closed to your organisation and built around your team and company dynamics, so the examples, exercises and conversation are about your situation.

Can Private Spaces take place on-site?

Yes. Online is the default, and on-site delivery is available on request. On-site sessions and additional languages can change the lead time and the price, which we confirm with you at intake.

Which languages are available?

English, Dutch and German as standard. Other languages are possible on request, depending on the topic and the availability of our experts.

How many people can join?

Group sessions work best for teams and groups of up to 30 people, so everyone gets to speak. Masterclasses have no participant limit.

Are Private Spaces recorded?

No. We don’t share slides or recordings, for copyright and privacy reasons. Everyone gets a handout with the key takeaways.

How long does a Private Space take?

One hour. In a masterclass, the last 15 minutes are for questions. In a group session, conversation and exercises alternate throughout the hour.

How far ahead should we plan?

At least four weeks for a Standard session, and six weeks for Premium and fully custom sessions.

How do we choose the right topic?

Start from what you see in your organisation, a challenge or an ambition. If your organisation uses the Vitality Check, its results show where the pressure is. Your contact at OpenUp helps you match it to a theme from the programme or shape something new.

What happens after the session?

Participants get a handout and can keep learning in the OpenUp platform. Attendance and feedback show up anonymously in your HR dashboard when the session runs on OpenUp’s Zoom.

How do we invite people?

By an email invitation from OpenUp, a registration link you share, or a public page.
