Josanne Verdonk

Always motivating people to go the extra mile and get out of their comfort zone, that is a common thread in Josanne‘s life. She started teaching in the gym during her student days and eventually did so for 13 years. Enjoying it when someone told her after her class: “I didn’t know I could do that!” She tries to reflect this passion and drive in raising her 3 children as well. Just like in her work. She initially started as a tax consultant almost 20 years ago, but eventually landed in HR. Truly connecting people to the organization and where it is going, combined with passion, drive and fun, is perhaps the most difficult, but at the same time, the most enjoyable thing she enjoys about her work.
