Judith is a strategist, business coach and, above all, a passionate people manager. In her past as a strategy consultant, she has supported international companies in setting up and realigning their HR vision. Judith has been with ABOUT YOU since 2022 and is driving the organisational development of the company with regard to various people topics: be it the internationalisation of the business, the company-wide introduction of a career framework or the realignment of the performance management system.
