Merel Soree

Merel Soree is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a People and Culture Partner at HiBob since August 2023. With a strong background in labor law, she has held key HR roles at Flinders Design, including HR Director and Manager, and worked at Deliveroo as an HR Business Partner for the Netherlands and Belgium. Merel began her career in law, but swiftly moved into the HR space. She holds a master degree in Labor Law and a bachelor law degree from the University of Amsterdam, blending her legal expertise with a strategic approach to HR.
