Svenja Dietrich

Svenja Dietrich is a global HR leader and anthropologist with a decade of experience in consulting at PwC and building the Talent & Culture function at a tech scale-up. In 2023, she joined HERE Technologies as Global Director of People & Culture Development, where she drives global strategies for talent, learning, skills, and social impact. As a certified coach and mindfulness teacher, Svenja brings a holistic approach to leadership and development. Her 2022 TEDx talk highlighted her research into the phenomenon of ‘bullshit jobs’ and the hidden challenges for corporate professionals. Continuing her academic journey at VU Amsterdam, her research focuses on meaningful work and the impact of AI on professional identity.
