World Mental Health Day Campaign 2025

Building Your Mental Flexibility

Join us to strengthen one of the most important skills for well-being: your mindset. Through a masterclass, group session, article and more, you’ll learn how to navigate discomfort instead of resisting it, and to take action in line with your values. You’ll discover a new way of relating to your thoughts and emotions, helping you feel calmer in today’s modern world.

A Different Kind of Strength

When you think of the word flexible, what comes to mind? Maybe a gymnast, an athlete, or that friend who can easily touch their toes. Or maybe someone who stays open when plans change and goes with the flow. But there’s also a psychological side to being flexible: it’s the ability to stay open to your thoughts and feelings, even the difficult ones, to notice them without being controlled by them, and to choose actions that align with your values when life takes unexpected turns. This is called psychological flexibility.

This Mental Health Day (October 10th), we’re shining a spotlight on that skill. In a world that’s rising stress and constant uncertainty,  learning to build your brain’s flexibility is one of the most powerful tools you can have.
