OpenUp applies AI in clearly defined, limited ways. It is designed to guide, not to treat: AI helps you reflect, find relevant content, and connect with the right expert. It does not diagnose, give clinical advice, replace your expert, or share your conversations with your employer.
Every new AI application is reviewed for privacy and safety before launch. Our information security is GDPR compliant and certified to ISO 27001 and NEN 7510.
While you’re talking, a secure AI tool helps write down what’s being discussed. After the session, it helps make the notes easier to read and highlights the key points. Your expert always checks and signs off on the final notes. No audio is ever stored. Your notes remain completely private and will never be shared with anyone else, including your employer. You can turn it on or off at any time in your profile settings within your MyOpenUp account, and you can change your mind whenever you want.
To help you get clearer, more useful notes from your session. It can highlight the main points, next steps, and helpful reminders, so your expert can give you their full focus during your session. It also helps your expert update their notes faster without missing important points.

Access is strictly limited to you and your expert, your employer never sees your notes, and you can switch AI assisted notes off at any time in your MyOpenUp profile settings.
