Do you have colleagues who regularly make you upset? Or maybe there are unresolved conflicts in your workplace that are causing problems?
In our interactive group session, you will learn which factors are the main drivers of conflicts, why you are simply ‘allergic’ to some people and how you can resolve conflicts using a practical method.
You are welcome to bring along a personal example of a conflict with a manager, colleague or customer so that you can apply the learnings directly.
