Growing up in Germany, studying in the Netherlands, and later living in different countries has shaped Anika’s understanding of change, belonging, and personal growth. Experiencing multiple life transitions herself has made her especially sensitive to how unsettling it can feel to feel stuck, and how empowering it is to regain clarity and direction.
As a psychologist, Anika creates a calm and supportive space where clients can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to them. Her work focuses on helping people navigate anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and life changes with greater self-compassion and confidence. She supports clients in understanding their emotional patterns, building resilience, and finding sustainable ways forward that fit their lives.
