Anthony is a lifestyle expert with a background that bridges movement, creativity, and healthcare. Originally from the United Kingdom, he began his professional journey as a contemporary dancer and choreographer, working for ten years in the performing arts. This foundation shaped his deep understanding of the body, expression, and the connection between physical and emotional well-being.
After moving to the Netherlands, Anthony retrained as a physiotherapist, specialising in neurological rehabilitation and geriatric physiotherapy. Alongside his clinical work, he continues to teach yoga and movement classes, mindfulness, and provides massage therapy. His diverse background allows him to approach health from both a physical and creative perspective, supporting people in finding balance and well-being in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
