Working style

Ayonne’s working style is warm, attentive, and grounded, while also being practical and goal-oriented. She creates a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable to open up at their own pace. In sessions, she combines structure with intuition. She often starts by exploring what feels most present for the client, and from there gently brings focus to patterns, thoughts, or behaviors that may be influencing their experience. She uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT and ACT, and integrates somatic tools when helpful. Ayonne values clarity and small, tangible steps, especially in shorter sessions. Her intention is that clients leave with both new insights and practical tools they can apply in their daily life. Clients often say they feel truly heard and at ease, and appreciate her ability to create a supportive and open environment.

“May we allow ourselves to feel it all.”
