Büşra is a psychologist at OpenUp. Her approach is to create a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental environment that enables individuals to share their life, express feelings, address challenges freely.

Büşra has a compassionate, client-focused and eclectic orientation. She uses CBT, solution-focused brief therapy, and systemic family therapy to tailor sessions for her clients’ needs in her practice for more than 5 years. Together, you will work on challenges and move towards the changes needed in your life at your own speed.

To take good care of her own mental health, Büşra usually does Pilates, swims, and joins Zumba classes. Movement helps her mind and body to connect, relax and recharge together. She also likes to travel and have resting holidays near beautiful beaches couple times a year to reset and clear her mind.

Büşra completed her Bachelor’s degree in psychology at Middle East Technical University and Georg August University of Göttingen. She obtained her Master’s degree in a diverse clinical psychology program that includes family and child specialty at TED University. Currently, she is also fulfilling a PhD position in clinical psychology department of the same university. Her scientific research mostly focuses on parenting.
