She also draws on additional training in areas such as leadership embodiment and emotional agility to help you gainĀ confidenceĀ andĀ resilienceĀ in your life. She believes that self-care is essential and has spent years experimenting with ways to recharge and restore energy. For her, sleep remains the foundation of well-being—something she humorously embraces by calling herself a “slumber queen.”
