Dagmar is a psychologist and mindfulness coach at OpenUp. She offers you a safe, non-judgmental space to share your worries, problems, and questions.  Together, you will further explore your issues to gain an overview of them and also to get to their core.

Dagmar helps you to recognise, understand, and acknowledge your beliefs, emotions, and fears, which is an important step to a different way of thinking and feeling. Her goal is to encourage and nurture you on your path to mental wellbeing, self-confidence, and inner strength.  She works with a holistic approach and uses systemic, solution-focused counseling and mindfulness techniques.

By being very clear about her needs, Dagmar takes care of her own mental health. For instance, having enough sleep and me-time is crucial for her own well-being and stress resistance. To ensure this, she asks for help from her partner, her friends and other mothers.

Dagmar got her Psychology degree at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena, Germany. She brings more than 20 years of experience as international management consultant and as independent psychologist & coach – as well as her own life experiences as expat, mother, and life-long learner – into the consultations.

Dagmar speaks German, English and Dutch.

"Do you want to be able to make choices whilst staying true to yourself? Do you want to come into your power, react with serenity and self-confidence? I am here for you to discover your own way."
