Working style
Sabrina’s working style is warm, structured, and solution-focused. She creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, while also helping them move toward practical next steps. In sessions, she begins by clarifying the client’s main concern and goal. From there, she explores patterns, strengths, and maintaining factors using a CBT-informed and solution-focused approach. She integrates brief psychoeducation when helpful and collaborates with clients to identify small, achievable actions they can apply between sessions. Clients often describe Sabrina as empathetic, calm, and encouraging, while also appreciating the clarity and structure she brings to conversations. Her goal is to help clients gain insight, feel more in control, and leave with concrete tools for daily life.
