Sofie Leemans
Having lived across different corners of the world, from her native Belgium to South Africa where she now spends much of her time, Sofie has developed a rich perspective on human resilience. A personal loss years ago transformed her outlook on life, teaching her that uncertainty can open doors to new possibilities. This shaped her decision to create a life aligned with her core value of freedom rather than following conventional paths.
Through her global experiences and work with diverse clients, Sofie has observed something profound: our personal struggles often feel unique, yet they connect us in surprisingly universal ways. She brings this understanding to her sessions, creating a space where your thoughts and feelings are normalized rather than judged.

Working style
Sofie creates a space where your feelings and thoughts are normalized, not judged. She follows a clear framework developed over years of practice that helps you reach what truly matters to you. Between sessions, you’ll receive thoughtful reflective questions and practical exercises that build your independence. Sofie works from the sidelinesâencouraging and supporting while you take center stage in your own growth. Her approach is designed to strengthen your resilience and decision-making skills, gradually making her guidance less necessary as you develop confidence in your own capabilities. The tools you gain will serve you not just during your sessions together, but throughout the different chapters of your life.
