Cazzandra is a psychologist at OpenUp. With a non-judgmental approach, Cazzandra strongly believes that the therapeutic alliance is the foundation of change. It is important to her that she creates a safe space for you to open up, and that trust is developed between you both throughout the sessions. Confidentiality, your progress, and your trust are her top priorities. She is passionate and invested in her clients finding the strategies that best support their change and growth.
Throughout your sessions with Cazzandra, you will work together to identify both your challenges and strengths, defining clear and achievable goals. Additionally, you will focus on increasing awareness of your current situation, understanding your behaviour through examining your thoughts and feelings, and implementing evidence-based strategies to overcome your challenges to help you feel more confident in moving forward successfully with life.
Cazzandra has more than 15 years’ experience working with a range of clients around the world in a variety of settings such as in her private practice, preventative mental health care, in the workplace (with individual contributors, executives, senior managers, and co-coaching with HR and managers), the UK Justice system, education, and training with clients.
Cazzandra uses a range of techniques to help her clients with stress management, communication problems and social skills, self-esteem, concentration, time management, work memory strategies, personal organisation, goal setting, conflict prevention, conflict management and so much more. She is also a specialist in neurodiversity and is a neurodiverse trainer to support employees in the workplace.
She obtained her master’s degree in occupational psychology in London, UK. Her therapeutic approach is based on positive psychology. She is a proud member of the British Psychological Society, The Association of Business Psychology, and a full Member – Association of Coaching.
She enjoys activities such as going to the gym, walking, museums, ballet, exploring new places and experiences, and setting new goals/challenges and achieving them. These activities allow her to achieve balance in her life.
