Sophie is a trained psychologist and psychological consultant. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Berlin and her first master’s degree in psychology at the University of Heidelberg. After finishing, she specialized in coaching and positive psychology in London for her second master’s degree.

Her approach is focused on strengthening individuals and identifying the root causes of their difficulties, as well as their sources of strength. It is important to her to work together in an open and appreciative atmosphere. She is also happy to share a laugh and helps her clients feel better with compassion and empathy.

Sophie is passionate about traveling, listening to podcasts and teaching mindfulness and yoga especially to children and youngsters. She speaks German and English, and also understands Russian. With experience having worked in the UK, South Africa and Russia, Sophie has a multicultural perspective and ability to communicate interculturally.

She has more than 8 years of experience working as a psychologist diving into autism therapy, handling stress and anxiety, positioning within different relationships, building self-confidence, building healthy sleep patterns and lifestyles, finding purpose, strengthening mindfulness and work performance.

Sophie speaks both English and German.
