Emma is a psychologist at OpenUp. She is there to help you find out the answers to questions like ‘What gives me energy? How do I find the right balance? Why do I keep running into the same challenges over and over again?’
She offers a safe and informal environment for you to share your story, aspirations, and doubts. From a place of trust, openness, and curiosity, you will explore your questions together, during sessions tailored to your individual needs. The results? Increased awareness and clear actions to enable you to move forward.
To take care of her mental health, at the end of each day she writes down one thing she is grateful for and one thing she feels proud of. These things can be big or small. Doing this helps her to close her day with a positive feeling.
Emma obtained her Masters’ degree in Work & Organizational Psychology and Training & Development at the University of Amsterdam. She has worked in Learning & Development in a multinational and is also a certified trainer and coach. Having worked on the topic of people development from these different perspectives has given her a unique and well-rounded view of how to enable changes in the mind and behavior.
Emma speaks both Dutch and English.
