Throughout her life, Rebecca has been driven by a deep curiosity about what makes us human—our struggles, joys, and everything in between. Living in India for five years introduced her to mindfulness and meditation, profoundly shaping her approach to psychology. Later, during Covid, she refined her expertise in CBT and ACT while living on a remote Baltic Sea island.

Rebecca excels at recognizing when you’re caught in unhelpful patterns and gently guides you toward more fulfilling paths. She brings extensive experience in treating fear, believing it to be “a bad advisor, but an honest counselor” that reveals what you might be clinging to instead of releasing. With Rebecca, you’ll explore what you need to feel calm, safe and connected as you develop strategies to soothe your nervous system and find solutions for stress and overwhelm.
