Ana is a Spanish Psychologist currently living in London. She studied in Barcelona for six years. During this time she joined several internships nationally (e.g. hospital and community settings in adult and young people mental health services). She travelled worldwide and was granted an international internship in Palo Alto California at the Brief therapy centre, where she was trained in problem-solving brief therapy.

She moved to London in 2020 during the pandemic accepting the challenge to work in a secure setting for the National Health Service (NHS). These past eight years of experience have shaped the way she works as a psychologist: She believes prevention is a key point for long-term mental well-being and the importance of accessing resources easily and early.

Daily, she has witnessed the power of mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), setting SMART goals while co-producing the intervention with clients, and she is familiar with applying cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy, and systemic frameworks. Therefore, she is a resilient, approachable, compassionate, goal-oriented psychologist who will work in partnership with colleagues and clients to promote a healthy lifestyle and mental health.

She is passionate about dancing, singing, reading, and early runs before starting her working day. In addition, she is preparing for a Triathlon and likes to volunteer as a content creator for the Sidekick platform to help others achieve their full potential. The moment she has free time, she schedules trips to visit friends and discover new cultures.

Ana speaks English, Spanish and French.
