Judit is a psychologist at OpenUp. She has many years of experience in helping people with themes such as finding purpose, self-confidence, and work performance. She can support you in a safe and non-judgmental way, stands next to you and supports you in reaching your goals.

Judit works in an integrative way. Together with you, she will choose the method that best matches your needs such as CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

She has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from ELTE, Budapest in Hungary. Judit has worked for different health centres and companies as a psychologist, trainer, and coach in Hungary, and the United States and has over twenty years of work experience.

For her own mental health and own personal growth, Judit takes care of her own energy by eating healthy and doing something every day such as exercising, jogging, reading books, or visiting nature.

Judit speaks English and Hungarian.
