Liesbeth helps you spot the patterns that hold you back. She focuses on practical tips to help you handle difficult thoughts and feelings. By looking at how you behave and react, she helps you find a sense of purpose and build your confidence.

Liesbeth’s path to becoming a psychologist was shaped by her time as a professional beach volleyball player. She learned about discipline and grit on the court. But she also faced her own battles with eating issues and low self-worth. These challenges taught her that everyone needs support sometimes. They also gave her a deep sense of empathy for anyone feeling stuck or unsure.

After living a fast-paced life of travel, Liesbeth now lives in the quiet Swedish countryside. This move and becoming a mother have given her a new outlook on what it means to live a full life. She uses her own life stories to help you feel understood and to show that your struggles are normal. She speaks with a direct but kind voice, giving you the skills you need to take charge of your own mental well-being.
